Dr: Rahul Ghodke is a practicing orthopaedic surgeon with over fifteen years of experience who exemplifies safe, competent, and coordinated patient care delivery within the hospital. Dr. Ghodke has maintained his commitment and held himself accountable for patients in acute and non-acute scenarios, including non clinical organisational responsibility and financial governance of the hospital, as Head of Operations and a senior management team member of a private hospital.
Dr. Ghodke has spent the last 14 years actively involved as a Lecturer in the Department of Surgery, where he also trains, counsels, and develops the confidence and skills of healthcare personnel. He particularly enjoys mentoring medical undergraduates.
Dr. Ghodke is passionate about research, analysis, and hospital audits in addition to his expertise in orthopaedic practise and hospital management. He actively participates in a number of international studies as a Principal Investigator/Hospital Lead. Additionally, He holds the honour of being a PubMed-indexed author on numerous works with widespread acclaim for my work as the hospital lead for the CovidSurg Collaborative project (University of Birmingham & NIHR, UK), which broke the record in 2021 for the most authors on a single academic paper that underwent peer review.

Backing up his professional credentials in M S (ORTHOPAEDICS), he has experience in managing trauma, arthroplasty, and spine care. Dr. Kale, who possesses exceptional skills in research, clinical research, medical education, medical devices, and life sciences, has always demonstrated good patient care manners and abides by the highest standards of professional healthcare guidelines.
He is an on-staff consultant at the Sanjay Clinic Matoshree Dhamke Hospital to assist patients for orthopaedic treatment and trauma care.
Dr. Arvind Vatkar

Dr. Arvind Vatkar is a specialist spine surgeon who received his training in the UK. He has nine years of extensive expertise treating a wide range of severe orthopaedic problems. Moving forward from his position as Assistant Professor at the esteemed Dr. D Y Patil Medical College and Hospital in Navi Mumbai and he set out to study cutting-edge spine procedures in the UK. Dr. Vatkar finished his basic spine residency at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport before moving on to expand his training by accepting a fellowship at the prestigious Queens Medical Center in Nottingham.
Currently, he is on-board consultant at the Sanjay Clinic Matoshree Dhamke Hospital to help patients to attain their optimum health goals.
